Renewing vs Buying New

Sign in to your account and click "Renew" when your license is within 90 days of expiry. Renewal extends your license for another year while maintaining all your existing benefits, including complimentary licenses.
⚠ Don't Buy New
Buying a new license when you already have an active one will create a duplicate and you may lose benefits like your complimentary 2nd license. Our system will warn you if you attempt this.

- What's included in Premium?
- Premium includes all Lite features plus advanced reporting, team collaboration features, and priority support. Your first Premium purchase includes a 2nd license free.
- What happens to my complimentary 2nd license?
- Your 2nd license renews automatically with your first license at no additional cost. If you accidentally buy a new Premium license instead of renewing, you'll lose the complimentary license benefit. Always choose "Renew" from your account instead.
- Can I upgrade from Lite to Premium?
- Yes! When you upgrade, you only pay the pro-rated price difference between Lite and Premium for the time remaining on your licence. Your upgraded Premium licence keeps the same expiry date. If it's your first Premium licence, you'll also receive a complimentary 2nd licence. Sign in and visit your Licences page to upgrade.
- When can I renew my license?
- You can renew your license within 90 days of its expiry date. Sign in to your account to see your renewal eligibility and renew directly from your dashboard.
- How is VAT calculated?
- Prices shown are before VAT. UK VAT at the standard rate (20%) is added at checkout. The total price including VAT is displayed below each product price.
